Bestie tumbler are double wall insulated, ensuring both hot and cold drinks are maintained at the desired temperature. Printing is directly applied to each tumbler, making them resistant to fading and peeling. No vinyl decals or epoxy are used during the transfer process; however, some imperfections and residue may be present due to the handcrafted nature of the product.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Please allow 1-2 weeks processing time before the item is shipped. You will receive a notification once the item ships with tracking information. Once shipped, I have no control over the shipping process.
If you need to place a rush order, please message prior to ordering. Returns are not accepted on custom orders unless there is a mistake on my part. Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
